o 1st Week - 6 HOURS -Professionalism, Resume, Introduction to Dental Specialties, Treatment Categories, Codes and Charting
o 2ndWeek - 12 HOURS – Phone Management, 5 most Important Calls, Software Navigation, Patient Data Entry
o 3rd Week - 18 HOURS – Role Play Patient Management, Insurance Data Entry, Treatment Plan Entry
o 4TH Week - 24 HOURS –Role Play Phone Scenarios, Treatment and Insurance Billing, Production Goals, Test Software Navigation
o 5th Week - 30 HOURS – Implementing Practice Objectives,
Triage Phone, Schedule Reviews, Confirmation SOP
o 6th Week - 36 HOURS – Completion Review- Final Exam
